Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This policy is from Tell Jessica, the operator of telljessica.com.

What this policy covers

This policy describes the Tell Jessica website at telljessica.com. It is a marketing page for an iPhone app. This site does not ask you to create an account, join a list, or send us a message through a form.

Purchases of the app, if you make them, happen in Apple’s App Store under Apple’s terms. This website does not take payment and does not receive your payment details.

What we collect

This site collects no personal data beyond what hosting logs need. There is no email field, no name field, and no place to type family schedules, children’s names, or messages.

Our host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request, so the site can run and be protected from abuse. We do not use those logs to build a marketing profile of you, and we do not keep a separate customer file of site visitors.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who else handles it

Vercel hosts the website. Pages are served through Vercel, which may keep the ordinary server logs described above.

We do not use an email provider, an analytics product, or an advertising network on this site. If you subscribe to the app, Apple bills you. This website does not send Apple your contact details, because it does not collect them.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not use an analytics product. We do not set a tracking cookie when you visit, and the site does not store a local-storage item in your browser.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The site does not ask anyone, including a child, for personal information. If you have a question about that, email info@telljessica.com.

California and other U.S. state privacy rights

If you live in California, or in another U.S. state that gives you privacy rights, you can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us not to sell or share your personal information. As described above, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not keep a visitor profile beyond the hosting logs our host may hold to operate the site.

To make a request, email info@telljessica.com. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

These rights are general. They do not limit any right a specific state law gives you, and they do not add a right that law does not give you.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If we start collecting personal information on this site, we will say so here before we do that.
